Two Children Found Hanging in Pennsylvania Basement

An eight year old boy and his four year old sister have been found hanging from a dog leash in their basement in Pennsylvania, USA.

Their mother found them hanging from the rafters of their home basement with chairs that had been tipped over underneath their lifeless bodies. When emergency services were called to the home, the children had been revived and rushed to hospital, where they were put on life support, but sadly passed away three days later due to the injuries they sustained.

A laptop, X-box, mobile phones and tablets have been seized by officers. An investigation is underway to try and determine what happened to cause the death of these young children.
